Terms of Service

Covis Labs provides website design and development, software, brand identity, SEO, business digitization, AI automation and related digital services. We offer two ways to work with us:

• Fixed Project (one-time payment). A complete build delivered for a single, agreed fee, with no recurring charges. The specific deliverables and any rights granted are confirmed in writing for each project.
• Monthly Membership ($97/month). A separate, optional subscription covering all maintenance and handling: hosting and domain management, unlimited content updates, priority support, security monitoring and backups, performance reporting and ongoing design improvements. The membership is for maintenance and care only — not a financed build — and may be cancelled at any time.

From time to time we run a limited-time promotion in which we design and build a website (a new build, or a remodel of an existing site) at no upfront cost, so you can see it before you decide. The following terms apply to any build provided under this promotion:

• There is no charge to have the initial build created and previewed. You are under no obligation to purchase.
• The build is provided for preview only. It remains our property, and is not launched, transferred, deployed to your domain, or licensed for your use unless and until you purchase it.
• If you choose to proceed, the site is delivered on payment of the agreed fee, quoted to your scope. Revisions and refinements are provided after purchase, as part of the engagement — not during the free preview stage.
• If you choose not to proceed, you simply walk away — nothing is owed. We may reuse, repurpose or remove any unpurchased preview build at our discretion.
• The promotion is limited-time, limited in availability, offered at our discretion, and may be modified, paused or withdrawn at any time. Scope is confirmed in writing before we begin.

Fixed Project pricing is provided as a custom quote based on your requirements. Project scope, deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. Membership fees are billed monthly in advance.

Every engagement is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. Revisions are unlimited until the work is right. Any refund is handled in line with the specific terms agreed for your project or membership.

The Monthly Membership renews each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your membership benefits continue through the end of the current billing period. Hosting, updates and support provided under the membership end when the membership ends.

The rights granted in any deliverables are set out in the written agreement for your project. Until a project is paid in full, all work product remains our property. Any third-party assets, fonts or libraries remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

The health check tool provides an indicative snapshot based on public signals for informational purposes only. It is not a guarantee of performance, ranking or security. A full audit is available on request.

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback so we can deliver on schedule.
• Ensure you have rights to any content or materials you supply to us.
• Use the website and services lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covis Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project or membership will not exceed the amount you paid us for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the current terms.
