A field app for agents who
actually work in the field.
Open-house signs you never lose. Tour notes that survive the eighth house. Deadlines that chase you instead of the other way round. Mobile-first, priced for a working agent, and pointedly not a CRM.
It isn’t built yet — that’s the honest part. We’re deciding what ships first, and the form below is how we decide. Tell us what wastes your time.
What we’re building
Six things, done properly, that fit in a pocket and work on a Saturday. Not a platform, not a dashboard — the stuff you reach for standing on a kerb.
Open-house sign tracker
Drop a pin the second you plant a sign. At pack-up, a map shows every sign still out in red — tap each one collected as you go. Teammates’ placements show on the same map.
Buyer-tour notes
Eight houses in and they all blur together. Rate and voice-note each stop as you walk it, then send the buyer a clean side-by-side recap before they’ve got home.
Deadline tracker
Enter the accepted-offer date and every downstream date computes itself — inspection, financing, appraisal, title, walkthrough, closing. Editable templates, escalating reminders.
Buyer-agreement tracking
Signed, expired, or missing — at a glance, with a hard prompt before you book a showing. Built for the post-settlement paperwork nobody enjoys.
Property-access notes
Gate, garage and alarm details in one encrypted, offline-first place instead of scattered across Notes and group texts. Locked behind biometrics, built security-first.
Commission & cap tracking
Not just a calculator — running cap progress and estimated take-home across the year, so you actually know where you stand.
Why we think this is worth building
We researched it before writing a line of code — including the parts that argue against it.
$65–$100
per open house
What professional crews charge to place and collect directional signs — proof agents already pay to make this problem go away.
12+
software products
What the average agent already juggles. The last thing anyone needs is another CRM, which is exactly why this isn’t one.
$9,530
median yearly expenses
Agents are 1099 contractors watching every dollar. Priced accordingly — this will cost less per month than one lost sign.
And the part most launch pages leave out
Real estate is a graveyard of half-finished apps. Agents complain loudly and buy reluctantly, the full-time population is shrinking, and any one of these features could be bundled by an incumbent tomorrow. We’d rather find out now whether enough people actually want this than spend six months guessing — which is the entire reason this page exists before the product does.
