Covis Labs respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain — no buried clauses.
Who we are
Covis Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital design, development and AI studio. You can reach us any time through the contact form on our site. This policy applies to covislabs.com and the services we provide through it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address, project details and any message you send when you submit the contact form.
- Website Health Check inputs. When you use our health check tool, the website address you enter is processed in your browser to generate an indicative snapshot. We do not require an email to run a check.
- Security verification. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to prevent spam and abuse; it may process limited technical signals to confirm you are human.
- Usage data. Standard technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected to keep the site secure and improve it.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes, proposals and services.
- To send you a confirmation that we received your message.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers — including Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (security) — who process data on our behalf and only under instructions consistent with this policy.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Health check inputs are used to produce your snapshot and are not retained for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it, at any time. Reach us through the contact form and we will respond promptly.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard data and to address any issues quickly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear here.
